Despite the seller's careful packaging, the posters got slightly bent during shipping. The seller replaced the prints without any question or hesitation. Very positive customer service experience!

The seller was very quick at responding when I messaged, she posted the items very promptly and they arrived within two days of my order. Items are exactly as described/photographed on the listing and will look so cute when we get them up on the walls. We ordered the A4 size for Ikea frames which are maybe 2mm shorter in length but its hardly noticeable as we taped to the frame mount to keep in place.
