Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to enclose the packing note or proof of purchase. 

You can make a return directly through your account, or you can contact us at customerservice@styliizeboutique.co.uk to let us know you are making a return. Please send your return to the following address: D Charles, Styliize Boutique, 4 Ticklepenny Drive, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 7BU.

We do not pay for return postage costs and advise you to use a tracked service for proof of your return.

Once your return has been received your refund will be processed within 24 hours, depending on your bank your refund may take up to 10 days to show in your bank account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, sending a photograph if possible, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, and refunds can only be made to the original payment method.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the packing note or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours which may take up to 10 business days to show in your account depending on your bank.
