Shipping policy
All prints are made to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Prints up to and including size 12×16" are shipped flat in a protective sleeve with greyboard backing, with packing board and inside a sturdy hardboard envelope. Each parcel is clearly marked "Do Not Bend" or "Fragile" to help protect it during transit.
Prints larger than 12×16" (including 14x20", 16×20", 40×50 cm and A2) are carefully rolled in a strong cardboard tube to minimise the risk of damage during delivery.
We aim to use environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and are sent Tracked via Royal Mail.
