Do your prints come framed?
No. All of our wall art is sold unframed unless otherwise stated in the product description. This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that perfectly suits your home and style.
What paper do you print on?
All of our prints are professionally produced on premium 230gsm archival fine art matt paper, giving rich colours, crisp detail and a beautiful, long-lasting finish.

Do your prints have a white border?
Most of our prints are borderless. However, some designs include a white border as part of the artwork. The product description will always state if a border is included.
Are the colours exactly the same as shown on screen?
We do our very best to display colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor, tablet and phone screen settings.
Are your prints fade resistant?
Yes. We use premium archival paper and professional-quality inks to produce prints that are designed to last for many years when displayed in normal indoor conditions.
Can you print custom sizes?
Yes. We can print any size up to A2 (420 × 594mm). Simply get in touch via our Contact page and we'll be happy to help.
Can I mix different print sizes within a set?
Yes. If you'd like a gallery wall with different-sized prints, just contact us before placing your order and we'll create a custom listing tailored to your requirements.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day. Every UK order is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, giving you full tracking from dispatch to delivery. We also offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrade at checkout for faster delivery.
How are prints packaged?
Smaller prints are carefully packaged flat in sturdy protective packaging. Larger prints are securely rolled into heavy-duty mailing tubes to ensure they arrive safely.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 14-day returns policy for eligible items. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, personalised or custom-made prints cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
