How long do I get to return?   
Our return policy is 14 days from when you received your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we are unable to issue you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Customised prints and personalised prints are not eligible for a refund.

If you believe your item to be faulty please let us know within 7 days so that we can rectify the issue for you.  


How do I return? 
To complete your return please email us at dlcstudiodesigns@gmail.com and send your parcel, with your the completed returns form to the address provided.

For any items that arrive damaged please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving so we are able to arrange a replacement or refund. 

How long until I get my money back?  

Once we receive your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on your bank this can take up to 10 working days.


I haven't received my refund?

If you haven’t yet received your refund within 10 days, please first contact your bank as there is often processing times.

If you have still not received your refund after contacting your bank, please contact us at dlsstudiodesigns@gmail.com.

Can I return discounted /sale items?  

Yes, reduced price, sale and discounted items may be refunded, please follow our 14 day refund policy.


Can I exchange?  
We do not offer exchanges, instead please follow the refund process and place a new order for the item you would like in its place.

Do I pay for my own return? 

It is the buyers responsibly to pay shipping/postage costs for returning items. We do not refund shipping costs.

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and unfortunately we cant process a refund unless we have received the parcel.

Please ensure when returning prints they are sufficiently wrapped and protected in their original packaging. Unfortunately we can not refund the cost price for any items that are returned to us damaged. With thanks

Do the prints come with a white border

Most of our prints are full colour borderless prints but some do have a white border, if you check the item description it will tell you in there.

What type of paper do you use

We use fine art archival paper matte paper, 230gsm

Can you do custom sizes

Yes we can! At the moment we can print up to and including A2 size which measures 16.5x23.4inches, we can do any size up to this, please message us through the 'contact us' page and we will be happy to help.

Can you change the colours

Yes, on most of my sets I can change the colours, there are afew that I can't. If you email me with a screenshot of the set and the colours you like I will do my best to help!

Do you offer returns

Yes we have a 14 day refund policy. Please read the details on our refund policy page.

We do not pay the return postage.

Do the prints come framed

No sorry, the prints do not come framed.

Can I get my prints delivered fast

In the UK we offer postage upgrades so yes! If you use a postage upgrade we do post the prints the next day.

If the prints are in a set of 3 can I just have 1 or 2 prints

Yes you can, you will need to email us with a screenshot or link to the set you are interested in, along with size you would like, let us know which one/s you would like and we can add a custom option to the listing for you.
